What are good, “Cheap” synthesizers for makeing hip hop/ R&B beats?

I have Fruit loops software, mixers, and drum machines. I want to make more beats and cant afford a 5,000 dollar synthesizer so I was wondering if anyone knows good synths for like 500 or a little below. I’ve searched everywhere and havent found one. Thanks for the help.
