How many times should your heart beat in one min.?
For a 20 yr old male. I freaking out while sitting down watching TV I just put my finger on my wrist to check my pulse and it seem so rapid. I do have a cheap not to accurate blood pressure machine where you put you finger in. I really dont know how to read it but it has SYSmmHg
and the number under that is 135 and DIAmmHg and the number below that is 71. Then it shows pulse/min. and mine is 91

A normal resting heart rate is 60 to 100 per minute. You can count your pulse for 15 sec and multiply by 4 or 30 sec and multiply by 2. Don’t obsess over this. It is perfectly normal
