Beat Makers:Beat Maker

I have a friend who very much wants to become a producer for Hip-Hop music. He regularly makes beats, and has two myspace music profiles dedicated for just that. I’m wondering what would be some good spots on-line to help him out, get his music out there and help him hone his craft.
